1. Adopt floating valve seat, two-way opening and closing, reliable sealing, flexible opening and closing.

2. The gate has a guide bar to give precise guidance, and the sealing surface is sprayed with carbide, which is erosion resistant.

3. The bearing capacity of the valve body is high, and the channel is straight-through. When it is fully opened, it is similar to the guide hole of the gate and the straight pipe, and the flow resistance is small.The valve stem adopts compound packing, multiple sealing, makes the sealing reliable, the friction is small.

4. When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise, and the gate moves down to the bottom. Due to the action of medium pressure, the seal seat at the inlet end is pushed to the gate, forming a large sealing specific pressure, thus forming a seal.At the same time, the ram is pressed to the sealing seat at the outlet end to become a double seal.

5. Because of the double seal, the vulnerable parts can be replaced without affecting the work of the pipeline.This is the important feature that our products take precedence over similar products at home and abroad.

6. When opening the gate, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, the gate moves up, and the guide hole is connected with the channel hole.With the rise of the gate, the through-hole increases gradually. When it reaches the limit position, the guide hole coincides with the channel hole, and it is fully open at this time.
